This is part of a TAS (tool-assisted speedrun) created using Snes9x, an emulator with slowdown and frame-advance capabilities. It is played by Dessyreqt and Halamantariel, on the hardest difficulty level (in this case, going for Gold). Bronze and Silver were skipped using a hacked SRAM that gives every unicycle bronze and silver medals on every track.
