Idiot Grinds Metal on Bike While Waiting for Caltrain Accident to Clear

First, a northbound Caltrain smashes into a car three stops away. Then while we stand here for 90 minutes waiting for 6 backed-up trains to pass us, this idiot shows off recently-learned stunts on his bike. He lost half of his bumper from grinding on the pavement for 10 minutes lol.
